Aforementioned dear boy/future roommate just informed me that he is going to draft the floor plan of our house in AutoCAD, so we can plot out what types of furniture we need for each room. I guess he is excited too. :)
Funny... I always do the same thing. Not like seeing my new place in scale (or 3d) helps tremendously, it must just be an outlet of excitement. Congrats on the new place!
