Today I read Dr. Oz's 25 Greatest Health Tips. One particularly brilliant idea stood out to me. While mentioning the importance of getting enough sleep regularly, he stated what he does:
"Conan and Dave are funny, but they're not worth the strain on your system . . . I record the later shows and watch them the next day as I pedal a stationary bike."
Isn't that a bit ingeniuos? What a great way to catch up on news, start the day off with some humor, get your blood pumping bright & early, and maybe even catch a good musical performance. All before 8 a.m. Yes, please.
