January  is such a pretty month.

La Vita è Bella

Have you seen this?  I cannot believe I am just now learning of its splendor, aside from the brief clips of it I remember from a college film class.  It's an Italian film directed by Robert Benigni that is tragically heartwarming, unexpectedly comical, and lingers in your mind well after it is finished.  I sent our rented copy back in the mail this morning but fully intend to purchase it.  I am in love with the plot, the cast, and the clever dialogue.  Plus, it is in Italian, so it's fun to listen to them speak.  If you have not yet seen this movie, I suggest you add it to your queue.

I found a long-lost lipstick that was 

gifted to me several months ago.  It's lovely.

I am a bit sore from yoga last night

surprisingly so

after thinking it was not challenging enough.

It's Thursday.

I am having peanut butter toast for lunch.  

Mmm.

Iron & Wine is streaming from my headphones.

Dinner with friends tonight.

It's a beautiful day.

Resolution

In 2011, I vow to add a piece of orange to my closet.

by way of a sweater jacket?

or some sweet little flats perhaps?
